Launchd smoke test, October twenty-seventh

This is a short test clip for the PärPod temp feed. It exists to prove one thing: that the nightly inbox job, started by launchd with its bare minimum environment, can still find Python, ffmpeg and rclone, render an episode, and upload the finished file to Cloudflare R2.

The audit hardening that landed on the twenty-fifth of October changed how the job builds its search path. Tests passed, and an offline render worked, but nobody had watched a real upload go out from the scheduled job itself. Every night since then, the inbox has been empty, so the job politely said so and went back to sleep.

So here we are. If you are hearing this in Overcast, the upload worked, the catalog entry was written, and the temp feed picked it up after the next content push. If you are not hearing it, there should be an error file sitting in the failed folder, explaining exactly which step gave up.

Either way, this clip has done its job, and it can be deleted without ceremony. Thank you for listening to a robot test its own plumbing.
