The manifest was frozen today. Since then, a deploy has changed one running build without a fresh freeze. The parkit domain has drifted. Forty-one others are steady.

The same fault is reported by two watchers. The local check and the network check agree. Both have held their warning since this morning, and neither has cleared.

Elsewhere, the long swell continues in the rate limits at the categorizer, and is not expected to affect tonight's waters.
